The group has a fleet of over 110 prime movers, over 450 trailers and 30,000 sqm of warehousing. A full-time fixed term (6 month) position has now become available due to internal promotion for a person who is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), is a people person, possesses an eye for detail and is well organised.

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:

n

n
Answering phones, ensuring all incoming phone calls are attended in a prompt and courteous manner.
n
Directing calls to the appropriate internal person or taking messages to be passed on.
n
Meet and greet all customers, contractors, visitors and employees.
n
Customer and general public enquiries.
n
Co-ordinating Company functions.
n
Co-ordinating repairs and maintenance of company property as required.
n
Mail, preparation and receivable, sorting and distributing.
n
Accurately sorting and scanning proof of delivery (POD's) paperwork for ongoing processing.
n
Maintenance of Office equipment.
n
Provide services of refreshments as required
n

Essential qualifications and experience

n

n
Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar setting.
