Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive growth across Levera, our offshore support business.

Working closely with our Managing Director, you'll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in driving the next stage of growth, building a strong pipeline of prospects, cultivating strategic relationships, and securing current clients who will become long-term partners of the business.

What you'll be doing

n

Generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives and proactive prospecting.

n

Building relationships with prospective clients, referral partners and industry stakeholders.

n

Managing the full sales process from discovery meetings through to proposal, negotiation and onboarding.

n

Representing Levera at industry events and networking functions.

n

Maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM records.

n





Monitoring market trends and identifying new growth opportunities.

n

What we're looking for

n

Minimum 3+ years' experience in business development, sales or account acquisition.

n

A proven track record of winning recent business and achieving sales targets.

n

Solid networking, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

n

A consultative sales approach and commercial mindset.

n

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

n

Experience within financial services, professional services or outsourcing environments will be highly regarded.

n

High levels of motivation, accountability and self-management.
