BBQ-K Springvale is a Korean BBQ restaurant located in the heart of Springvale, Victoria, specializing in authentic Korean dishes with various Asian cuisine combinations. We are seeking passionate experienced Chef/Cook to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial kitchens preferably with the expertise to contribute to the menu and kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

n

Prepare and cook dishes according to provided recipes

n

Oversee kitchen staffs and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service

n

Involve in menu developing and creating

n

Ordering, stock control and rotation (FIFO)

n

Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations

n

Collaborate with the restaurant management team

n

What we're looking for

n

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar roles or in hospitality setting

n





Have a right to work in Australia

n

Fully available over a 7-day roster and able to work 5 days weekly shifts including weekends

n

Able to work under pressure and be a team player

n

Solid communication skills and attention to details

n

Able to relocate or commute yourself

n
