The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Melbourne office for a Receptionist to join on a full time basis.

Responsibilities will include:

n

n
Answering internal and external calls for a national switchboard.
n
Meeting and greeting valued clients and visitors.
n
Ordering and receiving couriers.
n
Incoming and outgoing mail data entry.
n
General day to day assistance with administrative tasks as required
n
Catering and function assistance.
n

This is a great opportunity for a vibrant and intelligent receptionist to join our head office.



The receptionist will be the face of the firm and the eight candidate must be well-presented, professional, personable and articulate. Whilst you will be prominently working autonomously, you will also have the ability to work well within a team environment. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a corporatereception position is preferred.
