Hospitality Team – Servers, Bartenders & Barbacks

About the role

Pleasure Club is looking for Servers, Bartenders and Barbacks to join our team in Newtown.

n

We're looking for people who genuinely love hospitality, enjoy working in a busy late-night environment and want to be part of a venue with plenty of personality.

n

Whether you're an experienced bartender, a confident server or someone looking to get their foot in the door as a barback, we want to hear from you.

n

You'll be part of a close-knit team delivering excellent drinks, outstanding service and unforgettable nights across one of Sydney's most unique late-night venues.

n

What you'll be doing

n

Depending on your role, you'll be involved in:

n

n
Delivering warm, confident and attentive guest service
n
Making and serving cocktails, drinks and beverages
n
Looking after sections and ensuring guests have a great experience
n
Supporting bartenders with preparation, stock and keeping the bar running smoothly
n
Keeping the venue clean, organised and service-ready
n
Working closely with the wider team throughout busy services
n
Helping create the energy,



atmosphere and experience that makes Pleasure Club unique
n
Maintaining high standards of service, presentation and venue operations
n
Following RSA, licensing and responsible service requirements
n
Jumping in wherever needed and being a outstanding team player
n

About you

n

We're looking for people who:

n

n
Have previous hospitality experience, or are keen to learn
n
Are friendly, energetic and confident with guests
n
Enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment
n
Take pride in great service and attention to detail
n
Are reliable, switched-on and happy to get stuck in
n
Have an interest in cocktails, music, nightlife and hospitality
n
Can stay calm and positive when things get busy
n
Are comfortable working evenings, weekends and late nights
n
Want to be part of a fun, inclusive and slightly unconventional team
n

n

Bartending experience and cocktail knowledge are a bonus, but attitude and hospitality are just as key.

n

A valid NSW RSA is required for roles involving the service of alcohol.
