Client Service Executive - Insurance & Private Wealth Implementation

Working within a collaborative team setting, you will be providing support to one of the company’s most successful & well respected advisors, ensuring all clients receive an exceptional service and accurate and efficient administration of their financial planning requirements.

Typical duties include:
Liaise with high net worth clients on the implementation and management of their portfolio
Develop relationships with clients and third party providers
Ensure compliance obligations are met, and all necessary paperwork has been sent and received within required timeframes
Reporting on client portfolios
Administration such as filing, photocopying, typing,



data entry
Responding to accounting and audit enquiries relating to client portfolios
Maintain and update accurate data within CRM systems

To be successful you will have:
Previous experience in a financial planning workplace in a similar client services role
Finance/Business degree preferred, with Financial Planning qualifications a distinct advantage.
Exceptional communication skills with a passion for client satisfaction
Organised with an ability to prioritise tasks
Understanding of confidential nature of work and skilled integrity required
Team player
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
