What we are looking for:

n

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team based in Campbellfield, Victoria.

n

This role is offered on a casual basis initially, with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment for the right candidate following a successful probation period.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Deliver boxed meat products safely and efficiently throughout Metro Melbourne.

n

Complete deliveries to butcher shops, food service businesses, wholesalers, and distribution centres.

n





Ensure temperature-sensitive products are transported in accordance with food safety requirements.

n

Load and unload delivery vehicles as required.

n

Most deliveries are forklift-on/forklift-off; however, manual unloading at some customer locations is required.

n

Utilise pallet jacks and delivery equipment safely and effectively.

n

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate service and maintenance records.

n

Provide qualified customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

n

Follow all road transport, chain of responsibility, workplace safety, and company procedures.

n

Hold a current HR license

n

Have experience using manual and electric pallet jacks

n

Have a positive knowledge of Metro Melbourne road networks

n

Have a solid work ethic with excellent reliability and punctuality

n

Ability to perform physical work, including manual unloading of cartons up to 25kg as required

n

Commitment to providing high levels of customer service

n
