You will provide high-quality administrative support including appointments, referrals, records management, correspondence, reception services, and secretariat support within a busy healthcare environment.
n Working closely with clinicians and support teams, you will coordinate patient information, maintain effective processes, support specialist clinics, and contribute to a welcoming, patient-focused service.

What's involved –

To provide a high standard of administrative support and customer service to the General Practice. This includes the ability to function as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team demonstrating an ability to prioritise workloads according to deadlines.
