We are currently looking for a hardworking, friendly, and outgoingexperienced Baristato join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves coffee, takes pride in their work, and enjoys creating a excellent experience for customers. We are after someone who can work confidently in a quick-paced cafe environment, maintain high standards, and bring positive energy to every shift.

About the role

n

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee consistently, providing warm and productive customer service, and supporting the wider cafe team when needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who is not only passionate about coffee, but also understands the importance of cleanliness, speed, teamwork, and customer experience.

What we are looking for

Minimum 2years of experienceworking in a cafe




n
Fluent Englishwith strong communication skills
n
A genuinelove for coffeeand confidence with latte art
n
A strong understanding of coffee quality, consistency, and workflow
n
Someone who takespride in their workand pays attention to detail
n
Ability to work in aclean, organised, and efficientmanner
n
Friendly, energetic, and confident with customers
n
A team player who is happy to assist in other areas of the cafe when coffee is quiet
n
Able to stay calm and work well under pressure in a busy environment
n

Key responsibilities

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
n
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
n
Maintaining a clean, stocked, and well-organised coffee station
n
Assisting with other cafe duties and supporting other departments as needed
n
Helping maintain the overall presentation and smooth running of the venue
n
