About the Role

n

We are looking for a Casual Practice Administrator to provide reception and administration support at our Bounce Health Group Blackburn clinic.

n

The successful applicant must be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a variety of morning and evening shifts across these days.

n

You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic and creating a welcoming and professional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
n
Managing bookings, phone calls and client enquiries
n




Processing payments and daily takings
n
Maintaining a clean, tidy and patient-ready clinic setting
n
Assisting with accounts and general administrative duties
n
Laundering towels and preparing treatment rooms
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for a variety of morning and evening shifts
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Robust computer skills, including Word, Excel and email
n
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help
n
High attention to detail and strong time management skills
n
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
n
Previous administration or medical reception experience preferred
n
Experience with practice management software is a bonus
n
