Sylvs Italian is opening a current venue and seeking an experienced bartender to join the opening team. The bar will be at the heart of the Sylvs experience — a place for outstanding drinks, warm hospitality, lively conversation and memorable nights. You will help shape a brand-current venue from the very beginning, work alongside a passionate team and play a key role in creating the Sylvs bar experience.

Key responsibilities

Deliver engaging, attentive and personable bar service

Make confident cocktails with strong knowledge of classic cocktails, techniques, spirits and flavour profiles
n
Connect with guests, make recommendations and talk enthusiastically about drinks offering
n
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and bar organisation
n




Stay calm, efficient and professional during busy services
n
Support the restaurant floor when needed

Robust bartending experience in quality, fast-paced venues
n
Exceptional cocktail knowledge and confident cocktail-making skills
n
Genuine passion for cocktails, spirits, wine and hospitality
n
Warm, energetic and genuine personality
n
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
n
Team-first attitude and willingness to support the restaurant floor when needed
n
Availability across weeknights and weekends
