MADEC is seeking an experienced Residential Youth Worker to support young people in a secure, nurturing home setting in Mackay, QLD. You will work with the Out-of-Home-Care Team to help youths build independence, life skills and confidence.

The role requires availability for a permanent fortnightly roster including sleepovers, mornings, afternoons/evenings, weekends and public holidays. A Certificate IV in Child, Family and Youth Intervention is required, along with a current Blue Card, NDIS
