Job Description

Modiform designs, engineers and installs architectural cantilever shade structures across South East Queensland, working alongside our sister brand KOEDN®. Every project runs through a purpose-built system that drafts the invoices and purchase orders, books the installs and moves each job forward on its own.

We need the person who keeps it all moving. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 38 hours a week, based in our Current Farm office at least three days a week, with the option to work from home up to two days.

About the role

n

You will run our operations day to day, from the first enquiry call to the warranty years after install. You will:

qualify recent enquiries by phone and book site measures
n
set up and track every job through design, approvals, manufacturing and installation
n
review and send invoices and purchase orders, and match payments each morning
n
coordinate suppliers, certifiers, drafters and our install crew
n
keep clients informed at every milestone
n
keep every job on schedule, including the design and approval steps that sit with our director
n

You'll work with the business owners,



our install crew and a small group of trusted suppliers and drafters. Full training in our system is provided, and you'll be managed directly by Lauren, who built it.

About you

n

You close loops. When something is waiting on someone, you follow it up — every time.

n

You are confident on the phone with clients, suppliers and tradespeople.

n

You have 2+ years in a coordination or admin role with lots of moving parts.

n

You like working from a system and keeping it accurate.

n

You are comfortable with invoices, purchase orders and numbers.

n

You work well independently in a small team.

What we offer

n

$70,000–$75,000 + super, depending on experience

n

Up to two work-from-home days a week — optional, and the office is open any day

n

A salary and title review at 12 months, with a path to Operations Manager

Direct training from the business owners in a system that is already built
