Job Description

Snowy River Bundaberg is seeking a full time Service Advisor to be the face of the service department, booking jobs, writing up work orders, and keeping customers informed from drop-off to pick-up.

You will translate between customers and workshop, quote service and repair work, manage the day's schedule, and handle warranty paperwork. Experience in busy customer settings is valued, with a focus on explicit communication and smooth operations.
