Aussie Switchboards is looking for a full time, reliable warehouse dispatch and stores assistant for our manufacturing facility in Molendinar, QLD.

This role will be fulfilling a full time position, overlooking our goods store as well as managing deliveries ingoing and outgoing, stock levels, and optimizing functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

n
Moving, wrapping and palletising finished switchboards ready for dispatch
n
Completing delivery dockets and coordinating pickups with freight companies
n
Recording missing or short-supplied switchgear in our job-tracking system (ClickUp)
n
Unboxing incoming switchgear and sorting it into designated job boxes
n
Packing job boxes so each build has everything it needs
n
Receiving and unloading deliveries into stores
n
Maintaining stock levels and recording stock movements using our inventory app (Sortly)
n
Keeping the stores and dispatch area clean, tidy and protected
n
General workshop support as needed
n
Training will be provided on the job and continuous support throughout.
n
Previous experience with Sortly or a similar program is highly considered, but not required.
