Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Sales / Receptionist to join our busy Tyrepower and mechanical workshop. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in the automotive industry and wants to develop their customer service and sales skills in a hands-on workshop environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with tyre and automotive enquiries while supporting the day-to-day operation of the workshop.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
n
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
n
Book vehicles in for tyres, servicing, repairs and mechanical work
n
Provide customers with information and quotes for tyres and automotive services
n
Assist with tyre and automotive sales
n
Process invoices, payments and customer bookings
n
Coordinate customer vehicles with mechanics and workshop staff
n
Contact customers regarding vehicle updates, completed work and recommendations
n




Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
n
Assist with general reception and administrative duties
n

Organised and able to multitask in a busy setting

Comfortable using computers and basic office systems
n
Confident answering phones and dealing with customer enquiries
n
Sales-focused with a genuine interest in helping customers

A robust communicator and team player
n
Willing to learn about tyres, mechanical services and automotive products
n
Able to work independently while also supporting the workshop team
n
Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail sales, automotive or administration is desirable but not essential
