About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Support professional to join a collaborative team supporting partners and mid-market sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales support, lead qualification, customer engagement, or account coordination who enjoys working in a quick-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

n

Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads and determine suitability for progression to the sales team.
n
Conduct outbound calling and prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities.
n
Provide quoting, sales administration, and coordination support to Partners, Partner Account Managers (PAMs), and Client Managers.
n
Act as a key liaison between Partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
n
Maintain accurate CRM records,



including leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
n
Assist with pipeline management, reporting, and general sales support requirements.

Skills & Experience

n

n
Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, business development, account coordination, or channel sales.
n
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
n
Confidence engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
n
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
A proactive and customer-focused approach.
