What You'll Be Doing
n

Deliver outstanding food and beverage service
n
Provide a high level of service to gaming patrons
n
Work across the Gaming Room, Sports Bar, TAB and Keno
n
Prepare and serve beverages and assist with bar operations
n
Process TAB and Keno transactions and assist guests with enquiries
n
Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, responsible service requirements and venue procedures
n
Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented venue
n
Create a friendly and welcoming experience for every guest
n
Support the wider Front of House team as required
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Holds a current QLD RSA and RSG- essential
n
Has previous gaming experience - preferred but not essential
n
Has TAB and Keno knowledge - advantageous
n
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Is reliable, responsible and has a solid work ethic
n
Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Can work confidently in a quick-paced environment
n
Enjoys working as part of a team
n
Has flexible availability across a 7-day roster, including days, evenings and weekends
n
Has valid Australian working rights
n
