About the Role

n

As a Hygiene Operative, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene across our production facility. You'll work as part of a dedicated team to ensure equipment and production areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and ready for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Clean and sanitise production equipment, machinery, tools, tubs, bins, and trolleys
n
Conduct pre-operational hygiene inspections
n
Ensure all cleaning activities meet food safety, GMP, and site hygiene standards
n




Safely handle and prepare cleaning chemicals
n
Complete sanitation and cleaning documentation
n
Report maintenance, equipment, or hygiene concerns
n
Maintain a clean and organised work workplace
n
Work collaboratively with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams
n

About You

n

Ideally, you'll have:

Availability to work Monday to Friday on afternoon or night shift
n
Experience in manufacturing, food processing, cleaning, sanitation, or similar environments
n
Strong attention to detail
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
The ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
n
The ability to pass a pre-employment medical
n
Comfort working around raw meat products, including pork
n
