Ventia is seeking a Chef de Partie at the Puckapunyal Military Area to deliver high-volume catering for Defence personnel. You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner while maintaining safety, quality and efficiency in a busy kitchen.
