Our client is a Sydney-based print and manufacturing business specialising in retail and supermarket signage. They design, produce and deliver in-store and point-of-sale signage for some of Australia's best-known retailers and brands.

We're looking for a hands‐on Factory Supervisor to run our client's signage production floor day to day keeping jobs moving on time, safely, and to a high standard, while leading and getting the best from the team.

n

What you'll do

n

n
Plan and schedule daily production across print, finishing and dispatch
n
Lead and supervise the factory team (permanent and casual), allocating labour to hit deadlines
n
Keep jobs flowing to time and quality; spot and explicit bottlenecks on the floor
n
Own workplace health & safety and housekeeping standards
n




Oversee equipment upkeep and coordinate with the Print and Prepress teams
n
Support training and cross-skilling of floor staff
n

What we're looking for

Experience supervising a production or factory team (print, signage or manufacturing ideal)
n
Solid planning and organisation - comfortable juggling competing deadlines
n
A hands‐on leader who can motivate a team and hold standards
n
Sound WHS knowledge and a safety‐first mindset
n
A practical problem‐solver who stays calm under pressure
n
A continuous‐improvement mindset a plus
