Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Private Landscape Gardener to maintain and manage the grounds of two high end residential properties, along with multiple commercial sites.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who takes pride in presentation, understands attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, care, and presentation of established, high-end landscapes. The properties are maintained to a premium standard and require someone who treats them as their own.

Key Responsibilities

n

Lawn care (mowing, edging, fertilising, aeration)
n
Garden bed maintenance, pruning and seasonal planting
n
Irrigation system monitoring and minor repairs
n
Pest and weed management
n
Hedge trimming and shaping
n
General grounds upkeep and cleanliness
n
Coordination of external contractors where required
n




Maintaining equipment and ensuring protected work practices
n

About You

n

n
Proven experience in high‐end residential landscaping or estate gardening
n
Strong plant knowledge and horticultural understanding
n
Exceptional attention to detail
n
Reliable, discreet, and skilled
n
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
n
Current driver's licence (manual preferred)
n
Relevant horticulture qualification (preferred but not essential)
n
