We're seeking a commerciallyastute and proactive Senior Contract Administrator to join Pensar. In thisrole, you'll be instrumental in driving solid commercial outcomes, managingcontractual risk, and supporting the successful delivery of majorinfrastructure projects across the business.

What you'll be doing
Partner with Project Managers and deliveryteams to provide strategic commercial guidance across a diverse portfolio ofprojects.
Take ownership of contract administrationactivities from project award through to completion and close-out.
Support the management of contractual risk by identifying opportunities, addressing challenges early and implementingpractical solutions.
Lead the preparation and assessment of contractvariations, claims and entitlement submissions.
Work closely with clients, subcontractors andsuppliers to build productive relationships and achieve positive outcomes.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting andfinancial reporting activities to support informed business decisions.




Assist in resolving commercial issues andcontractual disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Coach and support developing commercialprofessionals, helping build capability across the wider project team.
Identify opportunities to improve systems,processes and commercial governance across the business.

What you'll bring
A tertiary qualification in ConstructionManagement, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, Commerce, Business or arelated field (desirable).
Significant experience in contractadministration, commercial management or a similar role within theinfrastructure, engineering or construction sectors.
A solid understanding of complex contractingenvironments and commercial project delivery.
Experience working on multidisciplinaryinfrastructure or construction projects.
Robust negotiation, communication andstakeholder engagement skills.
