As Assistant Venue Leader, you will be the right hand to our Venue Leader and a big part of the heartbeat of the venue. You will keep everything running smoothly, keep guests smiling, and keep the team energised and motivated. Whether you are leading the shift or backing your Venue Leader, you will help build a positive, high-performing place to work.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead from the front and create unforgettable customer experiences
n
Keep the energy high and the venue running like clockwork
n
Uphold top standards of cleanliness, safety and efficiency
n
Support inventory and stock management
n
Train, coach and grow a motivated, high-performing team
n
Help drive key metrics including labour, COGs and venue performance
n
Work alongside your Venue Leader to deliver on the venue P&L;

Who We're Looking For

Leadership experience in hospitality or retail (bonus points for QSR!)
n
A people person who loves building great teams and a welcoming vibe

A proactive problem-solver with a can-do, positive attitude

Organised and adaptable, and always looking for ways to level up
