Job Description

Flourish Australia is seeking a Team Coordinator or Team Coordinator - Peer Specialist to lead a team of Peer Workers and Mental Health Workers in Hervey Bay. You will provide supervision, training, and hands-on frontline service delivery to people with lived mental health experience.

You will mentor staff, apply recovery knowledge and peer work philosophies, and maintain qualified boundaries while supporting community living goals.
