This opportunity is suited to barbers who take pride in precision work, enjoy a fast-paced shop environment, and are committed to delivering high-quality grooming services and customer experiences.

Task & responsibilities

n

n
Provide professional barbering services including precision hair cutting, clipper work, fades, tapering and styling
n
Perform beard trimming, shaving, and facial grooming services
n
Consult with clients to assess hair condition and recommend suitable styles and treatments
n




Perform basic shampooing and scalp care services where required
n
Apply a range of styling and finishing techniques to achieve desired results
n
Maintain high standards of hygiene by cleaning and sterilising tools and workstations
n
Manage appointments and ensure productive service delivery
n
Recommend and promote suitable hair care and grooming products
n
Deliver excellent customer service and build ongoing client relationships
n

Qualification & experience

n

n
Minimum 1 year of barbering experience in a barbershop or salon setting
n
Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III or higher in Hairdressing/Barbering) preferred
n
Strong technical skills in modern and classic barbering techniques
n
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
n
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
