BlueCare is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to deliver person-centred, high-quality community care across Redland Bay to Victoria Point and surrounding areas, with regular travel to remote islands as needed.

You will work with clinical teams to develop and review care plans, coordinate services, manage budgets, and support clients navigating the care system. The role is full time, max term to January 2027, with remuneration around $53.55 per hour plus super and perks.
