About the role

ACFM is seeking a motivated and reliable Landscape Gardener to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves maintaining and enhancing a diverse range of commercial, residential, strata, and public spaces throughout the Illawarra region.

Key responsibilities

n

n
Lawn mowing, edging, and garden maintenance
n
Pruning, hedging, mulching, and weed control
n
Planting and garden rejuvenation works
n
Irrigation system inspections and minor repairs
n
Pool and outdoor area maintenance
n
Operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and machinery
n
General property presentation and grounds maintenance
n




Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
n
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
n

About you

n

n
Previous experience in landscape gardening, grounds maintenance, or horticulture
n
Current Driver's Licence (essential)
n
Truck licence preferred
n
White Card preferred
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Solid work ethic with attention to detail
n
Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
n
Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
n
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
