Test Delivery Manager - Superannuation Platform (3month contract)

About the role
n Kapital is recruiting a Test Delivery Manager to drive the execution phase of a new superannuation product platform launch.

n

The test plans are already in place. You'll take ownership of day-to-day test delivery, keep internal and third-party testing teams aligned and give stakeholders a explicit view of progress, defects and launch readiness.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate test execution against the agreed plans, milestones and launch schedule.
n
Manage third-party testing activities, dependencies and deliverables.
n
Own defect tracking and triage, including prioritisation, escalation and resolution follow-up.
n
Produce transparent test reporting covering execution progress, defect status, risks and blockers.
n
Work closely with product,



technology and business stakeholders to resolve issues and keep testing on track.
n
Provide evidence-based updates on test completion and readiness for launch.

About you

n

You're a Test Delivery Manager who can step into an active programme and quickly take control of execution. You'll bring:

n

n
Experience delivering testing for a product or platform launch in financial services.
n
Solid defect management, test reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
n
Experience coordinating external vendors or third-party testing teams.
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and elevate issues early.
n
Superannuation experience, particularly with member or product platforms, would be highly regarded.
