Job Description

This is a proper chef role in a seriously busy café workplace.

You'll cook, lead, create and keep a tight kitchen through high-volume services - working alongside an experienced team who know how to move.

Expect big café services, excellent food, creative input, catering gigs and the occasional seasonal push. Very rarely split shifts.

Bring your ideas, your leadership and your kitchen know-how. We'll bring the support, established team and plenty of room to make your mark.

Work at The Eddy in Merimbula or Café Pambula - or mix it up across both.

Commercial Cookery qualifications

Solid experience in a professional kitchen

The organisation and kitchen skills to keep a tight service

Confidence working through high-volume trade

Leadership capability and a willingness to contribute creatively
