Join the team at Poulos Bros Seafoods as a full-time Fish Process Worker based in Morningside, QLD. In this hands-on role, your main responsibility will be the task of trimming fish.

Key responsibilities

Filleting, skinning, trimming and portioning a variety of fish
n
Preparing seafood to customer specifications
n
Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
n
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
n
Keeping your work area clean and organised
n
Working efficiently as part of the production team

Confident knife skills and good product knowledge
n
Reliable, punctual and efficient
n
Solid attention to quality and detail
n
Able to work in a fast-paced wholesale workplace
n
Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
n
Excellent work hours with Monday to Friday schedule
n
No midnight starts
