Property Associate / Senior Associate | 3 - 6 PQE | CanberraWe’re partnering with a growing, national law firm who are looking for an experienced Property Associate / Senior Associate to join their expanding property team.

This is a great prospect for a 3–6 year PAE property lawyer to work across a broad range of commercial property matters, with exposure to leasing, property development, acquisitions, sales and general property transactions.

The Role
Act for both landlords and tenants across commercial leasing matters
Advise on ACT leasing legislation and related property matters
Work across property development and development-related transactions
Advise on commercial property acquisitions and sales
Manage a broad range of general property transactions
Assist with off-the-plan sales,



structuring and other property matters
Work with developers, builders and real estate specialists
Handle matters from start to finish with a high level of autonomy
Contribute to the continued growth and development of the property practice

We’re looking for someone with:
3–6 years' PAE in property law
Robust knowledge of ACT/NSW property and leasing legislation
Experience acting for developers and/or builders would be advantageous
