Southport Surf Life Saving Club Supporters Club is looking for an experienced Qualified Chef to join our established kitchen team at Main Beach on the Gold Coast.
We are a busy seven-day club offering a great opportunity for a qualified chef who enjoys a fast-paced kitchen, a strong team workplace and a genuine work-life balance.
What we offer:
$80,000 per annum + superannuation
Permanent full time position
38 hours per week
5 weeks annual leave
Roster structured around 3 double shifts and 2 half-days
Public holiday rates paid separately in accordance with the Award
Staff account card
Fantastic Main Beach location – the beach is right across the road
About the role
You will work as part of our kitchen team delivering quality meals in a busy, high-volume club setting.
The successful applicant will be confident across a busy service and have solid grill and pans experience.

Be a qualified chef with relevant trade qualifications
Have experience in a busy commercial kitchen
Have strong grill and pans skills
Be reliable, organised and able to work efficiently during busy services
Take pride in the quality and presentation of your food
Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team
Southport Surf Life Saving Club Supporters Club is a successful community-based club operating seven days a week at Main Beach. Our commercial operations also help support Southport Surf Life Saving Club and the lifesaving services it provides to the community.
