Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a proactive Maintenance Officer for our Young facility. This full time role (76 hours per fortnight) covers hands-on upkeep to ensure protected, productive operations and high-quality living environments for residents.

You will manage electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks and garden work, conduct preventative maintenance, and respond to issues promptly. This role supports a not-for-profit provider committed to staff development and excellent care.
