We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional/Sales Floor Supervisor to join our team on a PART-TIME basis and open a brand recent Factory Outlet in Galleria, Perth.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

n

n
Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
n




Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
n
Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
n
Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment
n
Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
n
Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
n
Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
n

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

n

n
Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
n
Visual Merchandising
n
Stockroom Procedures
n

n
