You’ll work closely with senior leaders and contribute directly to securing exciting current projects.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinateproposals and submissions for architecture projects
Assist in maintaining CRM data includingtracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Act as a central point for studio communications, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-ups
Prepare fee structures, project programs, and supporting documentation for submissions
Support contract and NDA reviews, liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisors





Skills & Experience
Proven experience in bidsor business development coordination within architecture and design
Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce polished, client-facing documents
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting, with confidence in analysing and presenting data
Understanding of contracts, commercial terms, or legal documentation is highly regarded
