This is a diverse role combining delivery duties with general administrative support. You will be responsible for completing deliveries and collections using a company vehicle, while also assisting the office team with administrative tasks as required.

Key responsibilities
n
Complete local deliveries and collections in a timely and qualified manner
n
Manage and maintain delivery records
n
Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and general administrative duties
n
Liaise with clients and stakeholders in a skilled manner
n
Support the office team with operational and administrative tasks
n
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements
n
About you
n
Hold a current Full Australian Driver's Licence
n
Robust organizational and time management skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
n
Previous experience in delivery driving or administration is desirable but not essential
n
