Supervisor / Duty Manager – Swansea Hotel

Swansea Hotel is a large, family-friendly venue on Lake Macquarie that has just completed a major refurbishment and extension. With multiple bars, a restaurant, outdoor areas, TAB and gaming, it's a busy and varied operation, and we're looking for a motivated Supervisor / Duty Manager to join the team for the long term.

About the role

n

Working alongside the management team, you'll help lead the day-to-day running of the hotel: opening and closing, floor supervision across bars and gaming, supporting and training staff, and making sure every customer has a outstanding experience. There's a robust team in place and a solid support network behind you as part of a family-owned hotel group,



so this is a genuine prospect for someone who wants to build a career in hotel management.

About you

n

Hospitality experience, ideally in a hotel or pub setting

n

Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff

n

A commitment to excellent customer service

n

Good food and beverage knowledge

n

A willingness to learn and grow with the business

n

Current RSA, RCG and ARCG certificates

n
