The Tasmanian Government is seeking a Cook for the North West Regional Hospital to join the Food Services Department. You will prepare, cook and portion meals, including texture- and allergy-specific diets, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Under supervision, you will receive deliveries, check items, maintain stock, and assist with cleaning and documentation in a busy hospital kitchen. A relevant trade qualification is required to apply.
