What You Will Be Doing

Assisting tradespeople with daily workshop operations
n
Supporting Fitters and maintenance personnel with repair and refurbishment work
n
Assisting spray painting and abrasive blasting crews
n
Preparing equipment and components for maintenance activities
n
Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
n
Loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the workshop
n
Maintaining a protected and productive work environment
n

What You Will Need

n

n
Previous experience in a Trade Assistant, Workshop Assistant, Labouring, or Industrial role
n




Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
n
Ability to perform physically demanding work
n
Commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
n
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
n

Highly Regarded

n

Experience supporting Fitters, Boilermakers, or Mechanical Trades including:

n

Abrasive Blasting experience
n
Industrial, mining, or maintenance workshop experience
n
High Risk Work Licences
n
