Job Description

Mercure Melbourne is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie to lead the breakfast kitchen at Foundry Kitchen & Bar. Take ownership of the breakfast buffet, train the brigade and ensure high-quality, consistent service for hotel guests.

You'll work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop seasonal dishes, maintain standards and manage stock, with early starts and a robust focus on food safety and guest satisfaction.
