Our busy Alstonville agency has a fast growing property management section. We require an experienced property manager that can work in a team setting and be self-motivated. This is a permanent full time opportunity in a supportive and inclusive team.

Key responsibilities
n

Manage residential properties, including liaising with tenants and landlords
n
Conduct and action maintenance requests and routine inspections
n
Prepare leasing documents, entry and exit reports
n
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople when required
n

About you
n
n
Current full Australian driver's license
n
Proven working experience in Property Management or similar
n
Proficiency in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel)
n
Familiar with residential tenancy law and basic residential property maintenance needs
n
Flexible start and finishing hours
n
On the job training and ongoing support
n
Stability in a long-established business proud of their supportive culture and working setting
