Job Description

Frontier Economics is an economic consultancy advising public and private clients in sectors such as energy, telecommunications, transport and financial services.

Its paid Sydney summer internship gives students experience researching economic problems, analysing data and preparing reports or presentations within small consulting teams.

Placements last three to four weeks, negotiated with successful applicants, during December and January.

Applicants must be at least in the second year of an economics, econometrics or finance degree and have solid academic results. Australian or Recent Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency is required. Interstate candidates must arrange accommodation in Sydney. The application form permits applicants without previous employment to record nil experience.
