Zohorecruit is seeking a compassionate Home Care Support Worker to assist clients in their private Ringwood homes, including NDIS participants and older adults, helping them maintain independence and dignity.
You will perform a range of tasks per each care plan: personal care, domestic duties, laundry, and community access.
A Certificate III in relevant field, NDIS screening, infection control, First Aid/CPR, and transport are required.
