Job Description
Hammond Care is seeking an Enrolled Nurse at Braeside Hospital, Prairiewood, on a permanent part time basis (32 hours per week). The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care in a dedicated team, with prospects for learning, development, and participation in all aspects of patient care.

The candidate should have Palliative Care interest or experience, AHPRA registration, and the ability to work a rotating roster. Travel between Hammond Care sites may be required.
