About the Role
n
As a vehicle sourcing Consultant, you will manage the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing vehicles to closing buyers. This is a results-driven role with solid earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

Weekend and Sunday work required.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Source vehicles from private sellers
n
Sign seller declarations and buying agreements
n
Manage seller relationships and provide regular updates
n
Handle buyer enquiries and close sales
n
Negotiate pricing and maximise gross profit
n
Coordinate test drives, inspections, and handovers
n
Follow up leads and generate repeat and referral business
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience in automotive sales (dealership or independent)
n
Strong closing ability and negotiation skills
n
Experience with vehicle sourcing or agency sales (preferred)
n
Confident phone manner and strong follow-up skills
n
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commission-focused
n
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deals
n
Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
n
Full Australian driver's licence (required)
n
Australian citizen or permanent resident
n

Earning Potential
