The successful candidates must:

Have solid a la carte experience (minimum 12 months).

Be accustomed to a fast-paced setting.

Have sound food and beverage knowledge.

Love people and hospitality.
n
Be available for a minimum of 25 hours per week, including weekends.

Have an eye for quality.
n
Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
