We are currently seeking an experienced Export Sales Coordination Manager

/n

The purpose of this position is to provide support and manage the Sales and shipping team to support the plant in production and loading out stock.

/n

Whilst being surrounded by an experienced team and supportive leadership, you will be able to work effectively and deliver positive outcomes.

/n

Key Responsibilities Include?

/n

/n
Ensure that KPI’s are met for sales and production

/n
Manage an oversee Shipping and Documentation team

/n
Ensure and effective flow of production through to loading out

/n
Assist managers and staff with general Production enquiries

/n
Assist managers and staff with general Shipping enquiries

/n
Assist plant staff with customer visits and tours

/n
Monthly and weekly reports

/n
Other administrative duties as required by the General Manager

/n

Ideally, candidates with the following attributes are encouraged to apply:

Significant computer skills and high level of competency in word processing, excel and database management

/n
Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members

/n




Behaviour consistent in line with OBEX standards

/n
Appropriate problem solving/analytical abilities

/n
Proven organisational skills with the ability to remain focused in a busy environment.

/n
Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs

/n
Understanding and knowledge of the beef processing industry

/n
