Job Description

QT Hotels & Resorts in Canberra is seeking a friendly and proactive Guest Service Agent to deliver warm, attentive front desk service. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, handle requests, and maintain accurate guest accounts while ensuring smooth operations.

Collaborating with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance, you will help exceed guest expectations in a quick-paced hotel setting, upholding WHS standards and contributing to a welcoming Daymaker culture.
