As a Senior Track Attendant, you will be responsible for the secure and effective operation of our go-kart tracks. This is a hands-on, outdoor role. Previous karting experience isn't required — full training will be provided — but we're looking for someone who is confident, responsible and comfortable taking control when required.

Key responsibilities
n
Controlling and monitoring go-kart sessions on track
n
Flagging and communicating with drivers
n
Enforcing track rules and safety procedures
n
Assisting customers getting into and out of karts
n
Organising and preparing karts between sessions
n
Safely moving and positioning karts when required
n
Responding quickly and safely to stopped karts or incidents on track
n
Communicating clearly and working closely with other track staff
n
Maintaining clean and organised track and pit areas
n
About you
n
18 years or older
n
Confident and comfortable taking control when required
n
Works well as part of a team
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Can stay focused and aware in a busy setting
n
Comfortable working outdoors and being on their feet
n
Takes safety seriously
n
Willing to learn and follow procedures
n
Holds a Working With Children Check, or is willing to obtain one
